Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders.

Express shipping affects carrier transit time only, not wig production or processing time.
2–3 Business Days
Ready to Ship wigs require 2–3 business days of processing before shipment.
15–20 Business Days
Made to Order wigs require 15–20 business days of production before shipment.
UPS Worldwide Saver
International shipping is available where supported by carrier services at checkout.
Total delivery time includes processing or production time plus carrier transit time. Selecting express shipping does not shorten the production time for Made to Order wigs.

Mellow Diamond ships orders from New York. We offer shipping within the United States and international shipping.
At this time, we do not have a specific list of excluded countries or regions. Final shipping availability for your location will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address and available carrier services.

Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time is made up of two separate stages: the time needed to process or produce your order, plus the carrier shipping time after the order has shipped.
Shipping time does not begin until your order has been processed, completed, or produced and handed over to the carrier.
Ready to Ship Wigs
Ready to Ship wigs require 2–3 business days of processing before shipment.
After the order has been processed and shipped, carrier transit time is added. UPS Ground and UPS 2 Day have different delivery speeds, but both shipping options begin only after the processing period is complete.
Shop Ready to ShipMade to Order Wigs
Made to Order Collection wigs require 15–20 business days of production before shipment.
Shipping time is added after production is complete. Custom colors, special requests, and orders containing multiple wigs may require additional production time.
If additional time is needed, we will notify you. By purchasing a Made to Order wig, you agree to the stated production timeline.

For Made to Order wigs, the 15–20 business day production time still applies before shipment, even if an express shipping method is selected. Express shipping only affects the carrier delivery speed after the wig has been produced and shipped.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges at the time of delivery.
These fees are charged by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
