Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We encourage everyone to please make sure that your shipping and billing address are exactly the same, the billing address entered must match the card that you use during checkout. If the address does not match your order will be canceled.

After completion of your order you will then receive an automatic email with your tracking number please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Your order is then sent to the post office and takes 4-5 business days for your order to be delivered with standard delivery.   Express shipping carries a 1-2 day delivery time.  Please note that holidays and weekends are not included within our shipping time frame.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are subject to import fees/tax at the time of the delivery.  Upon delivery the carrier will charge you an additional fee which is based on the declared value of the items shipped.  This price must correlate with the insurance placed on the wig for loss.  Should insurance be lowered to save on the import price, then insurance must be forfeited.  


EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product and sanitary precautions, there are no exchange on wigs with no exceptions unless we sent out the wrong item to you. All sales are finale. If there’s an issue with your order please contact us. Within 48-72 hours we will respond accordingly.

PROCESSING TIME
The approximate turnaround time is 3 to 5 weeks for completion of each custom or braided units and 10 to 15 days for our premade units, with no exceptions we do not do rush orders as all orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.

REFUNDS
Once your item is paid for we have a standard 24-48 hour processing time for all payments after which construction will begin on your unit. There are absolutely no refunds on correct orders, due to the nature of the product and customization.  The only exception in which returns are accepted is the instance in which an incorrect or damaged product is received.
