Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns can only be made in the instance of damaged material being received.  Exchanges cannot be made under the basis of incorrect size or length with Custom Hybrid or Ready to Wear wigs.  Ready to Ship exchanges can be made with wigs of equal or greater value if the lace has not been cut, and are done at the buyers shipping expense. 

SHIPPING 

Shipping times are consistent with the type of order.  For ready to ship orders, your order will be shipped by the end of the following business day.  At this time Ready to Wear wigs carry a 2 week processing time, and custom hybrid orders 3-4 weeks.  Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered.  Express shipping carries a 1-2 day delivery time.  Please note that holidays and weekends are not included within our shipping time frame.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are subject to import fees/tax at the time of the delivery.  Upon delivery the carrier will charge an additional fee.
