SHIPPING 

Standard shipping is with UPS Ground.  Express shipping is with UPS 2 day.  Shipped from New York.

International orders are subject to import fees/tax at the time of the delivery.  

Made to Order Collection wigs are in production for 15-20 business days. Shipping time is in addition to the production time. 

Ready to Ship units carry a 2-3 day processing time before being shipped.  Shipping speed is in addition to processing time. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Wigs purchased from the Ready to Ship collection may be exchanged for wigs of greater or equal value at buyers shipping expense within 14 days of delivery.  Returns carry a 10% restocking fee. Wig must be unworn with lace uncut. 

Wigs purchased from the Made to Order collection are final sale and may only be returned or exchanged in the event of defect.  Cancellations must be requested within 24 hrs of order.
