International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Processing or production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Eligible Ready-to-Ship wigs may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with the lace uncut and all original packaging included.
Made-to-Order and other final-sale wigs are only eligible for review in the event of a confirmed defect. All requests require approval before the item is returned.
- Avoid use of glue. Holding spray is advised.
- Wash the lace from the inside of the cap. Turn the cap inside out and allow the water to pour through. The hair can be washed topside as normal.
- Avoid getting conditioner in the lace, brush from the ends. A hydrating conditioner is best.

HD 6x6 Closure offers the easiest installation but least parting options. The lace extends from about mid eyebrow to mid eyebrow.
HD 13x6 Lace Front has more versatility in parting options. The lace extends from ear to ear.
Full lace offers the most versatility in parting options but is the most delicate as it exposes the most lace.
RTS products are shipped as is and are not eligible for additional customization.
